My name is Justin, I am 35 and I have been cleaning houses here in Ithaca since July of 2017.
Currently I clean for around 12-14 homes a week. I would like to free up a few of my weekdays and in return work a few weekends/evenings. I clean quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I am pretty flexible and rarely cancel.
I clean for $40/hr cash or $45 via Venmo/check/ect.
I have a lot of experience with house cleaning. I have experience in a variety of housing structures (single family, college dorms, Airbnb, etc). I started cleaning houses in Gainesville, Florida in 2014 with a company called Envrionments. I cleaned there for 3 years. Less than 25% of the people who tried out lasted longer than the 3 weeks trial period due to the difficulty of work, fast and consistent pace, and high level expectations. Teams of 2-5 people would go clean large houses. I cleaned for NFL players, doctors, lawyers, the head football coach of the Florida Gators, etc.
I am open to a few regular clients and also one time cleans. I would also have space for a regular client during normal weekday work hours.
I am good at what I do and have been with most of my clients for 5-9 years at this point.
