My name is Justin. I am 35 and I have been professionally cleaning houses here in Ithaca since July of 2017.
Recently I had a long standing weekly client and another client say their goodbyes due to personal reasons. I am looking to fill in their spots.
Currently I clean for around 10-12 homes a week. I clean quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I am pretty flexible with clients scheduling requests and rarely ever cancel.
I clean for $40-$45/hr depending on frequency of clean.
I have a lot of experience with house cleaning. I have experience in a variety of housing structures (single family, college dorms, Airbnb, etc).
I started cleaning houses in Gainesville, Florida in 2014 with a company called Envrionments. I cleaned there for 3 years. Less than 25% of the people who tried out lasted longer than the 3 weeks trial period due to the difficulty of work, fast and consistent pace, and high level expectations. Teams of 2-5 people would go clean large houses. I cleaned for NFL players, doctors, lawyers, the head football coach of the Florida Gators, etc.
Also in Florida I operated and managed a 2 building, 8 apartment property which was mostly Airbnb’s. I would be open to helping out with an Airbnb as well.
I would be open to one time cleans as well.
