Local and reliable Housecleaner seeking a new clients (Ithaca)

The world we live in is a messy and busy place, and with everything that needs to be done, it is often our own self-care that takes a back seat.
My name is Justin and I am a professional cleaner in the Ithaca area. I have been cleaning houses here since July 2017. The business got off to a pretty fast start thanks to a couple key initial clients. Since then, most of my clients come from a tree of Cornell employees who all know each other and have passed my name around. For the majority of that time, I have had a full schedule and I haven’t had to post an ad in over 6 years.
I am posting a new ad because I have started to expand. Expansion was going to happen pre-Covid, but then Covid struck.
I am looking to add 2-3 new permanent clients over the next few weeks.
My goal is to help ease the responsibilities that you carry, so that you have more time to enjoy life. In addition to my knack for cleaning, I am motivated by the desire to help my community by relieving some of its workload. I am attentive, conscious of the presence and needs of people in the home, upbeat, and possess a relaxed persona with a tenacious drive for excellence.
I believe that walking into a pristine home after a long day can positively influence the quality of life of you and your family, by allowing you to experience more rest and freedom.
How I differ from other house cleaners is my flexibility, reliability, consistent attention to detail, the dedication I bring to each and every cleaning, the training I received, and my ability to connect with my clients.
My ideal client is someone who is looking for a long term cleaning relationship, someone who is genuine, and someone who is flexible to work with.
Summary of Cleaning Experience:
*9 years serving the Ithaca area.
* 3.5 years working in Custodial Arts and Commercial Cleansing in upstate NY during college.
* 8 months as a seasonal boat detailer in the Florida Keys
* 24 months working with both a Zen Meditation Center, and with 85+ other properties for the most lucrative cleaning company in Gainesville, Florida.
What My Service Consists Of:
* Professional, dependable, consistent, and considerate.
* Depending on your needs, I will vacuum and mop floors, scrub and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, vacuum carpets and furniture, dust and organize decorations and pictures, scrub baseboards, make beds, clean light fixtures and ceiling fans, clean windows and mirrors streak free, scour stovetops, remove trash and recycling, clean inside of fridge and polish stainless steel fixtures.
* I offer "green," sustainable and chemical-free services.
