I clean for $30-35/hr.
I clean quickly, efficiently, professionally and with detail. I am pretty flexible with clients scheduling requests and rarely ever cancel on people. I am aware of the needs of the home and am always respectful.
I have a lot of experience with house cleaning. I have experience in a variety of housing structures (single family, college dorms, Airbnb, etc).
I would be open to a few regularly scheduled clients, one time cleans, or perhaps a short regular weekend clean.
I started cleaning houses in Gainesville, Florida in 2014 with a company called Envrionments. I cleaned there for 3 years. Less than 25% of the people who tried out lasted longer than the 3 weeks trial period due to the difficulty of work, the fast consistent pace, and high level expectations. Teams of 2-5 people would go clean large houses. I cleaned for NFL players, doctors, lawyers, the head football coach of the Florida Gators, etc.
Recently I had a long standing weekly client and another client say their goodbyes due to personal life challenges. I am looking to fill in their spots.
