Vintage Lucite & Abalone Decorations (Seahorse Wall Hanging & Ashtray) - $45 (Northeast Ithaca)

The ashtray is teardrop shaped and has a removable clear glass insert with two cigarette rests. It measures about 8" long, 5.5" wide, and the glass insert measures about 3.5" at the rim and 2.25" wide at the indented center. There is a label on the underside which reads "Handmade with abalone shell taken by divers from the ocean, handmade by craftsmen of New Designs Inc., MCMLXIX, Made in USA." Aside from the original purpose, this could also be used as a catch-all for small items such as coins, jewelry, etc.
The seahorse shaped wall hanging measures about 12" tall and is just over 5" at the widest point. There is a metal hanging loop on the back for wall display.
These are available for pick up in Northeast Ithaca (no shipping/delivery). Asking $45 for the pair, payment can be made with cash or Venmo.
