The storage platform measures 45” by 45” and can be adjusted from 16” to 28” from the ceiling. According to the package, the unit can hold up to 30 cubic feet and 250 pounds The add-on rack is for skis, lumber, fishing rods, etc. Never used, original packages got beat up during a move, but contents are fine.
