I am male, white, 30s, friendly, strong and smart!
I have a wide variety of building skills including but not limited to: porch repair, roofing, flooring, cedar siding, framing, drywall, spackle, stairs, steps, cement, basements, a little bit of plumbing and electrical and more!
I am also extremely proficient with computers, networks, low voltage electronics, and can fix/refurbish electronics and appliances.
I LOVE to garden, I have a ton of seeds and a few green thumbs ready to go!
I am very clean, very quiet, I tend to keep to myself and my hobbies when not working. I am very friendly and I love animals (especially kitties!). I do not lie! I am a very honest person and I don't believe in lying.
I don't drink often, I don't smoke cigs, I have no criminal record, never been arrested, don't use drugs (just cannabis)!
I am looking for someone who has extra space and needs plenty of work done on their place so we can trade work for rent over the long term! I just want to live a relaxed lifestyle, do some gardening and improve my skills! Hopefully you want the same and we can get along! If you have the right situation I could potentially do tens of thousands in repair work, massively more than rent would be worth. I do great work and have done countless jobs around town.
