Hello, I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in cortland or marathon under $1000 that is cat friendly. There are not many preferences outside of those two factors.
It’s a tricky market so I figure its worth a shot to make a post in case someone may see something I do not or a landlord may have something they have not yet listed.
I can place deposit immediately. Looking for anything available starting now or august. Would like to have us settled in for the new school year if we can.
