Clean, kind, respectful early 60's female that is looking for a 1+ bedroom apt in Ithaca. Preferably close to shopping. I do not drive but am very mobile and active. I have a Transportation Service that I use at my request regularly. My family is compromised of 2 older cats and myself.

I would very much like a small garden space and a patio/deck.
In house laundry is a must. I would also would prefer their not be alot of steps to navigate. Especially during the winter

Btw, I am not in any kind of rush to move I have a nice apt but its in an Apt Building where their is quite a bit of foot traffic and at times I feel concerned for my safety. People can very very boisterous.
