Father & Son looking for a two bedroom apartment/house. (Ithaca)

I am looking for a two bedroom home in the Ithaca City School district for my child and I. I am a small business owner and work part time. I have guaranteed income and my rent will be paid. Hoping to find something reasonably priced and close to everything in the city of Ithaca. I have been responding to a ton of adds and 99% of them turn out to be phishing scams. I have never been evicted, I do not smoke or drink, my son is a good kid/student and we keep a clean environment. We don’t own any pets. If I am not working, I am spending time with him. I am looking for something as soon as possible and could move in sometime this month, July, or August but am really wanting to move as soon as I can. I don’t own a lot of unnecessary belongings and we are not hoarders. I am also very helpful and handy if you need any work done such as drywall, framing, landscaping, gardening, small repairs, painting, pressure washing, etc. Please reach out to me with any questions you may have and any information about what you have available for rent.
