Cabin, tiny home, solo living spot (east Ithaca area)

Hello,
My name is Claire, I am 28 and just recently moved back to the Ithaca area after spending several months away in Canada.
I originally moved here for herbalism studies in 2024, I am a gardener, farmer, herbalist and musician and I am hoping to find a more rural property or somewhere with access/nearby to nature. A place with room to garden would be a plus, I would be growing veggies and herbs, and very willing to share garden produce and herbs with others!
Ideally, I would love to find a solo living structure, and I am very used to rustic/off grid situations, so lack of amenities wouldn't necessarily deter me. I appreciate a rustic quiet cabin. It would be lovely to be on a farm or somewhere with animals. I often have gigs farm sitting for people's animals and livestock, so I can be available to help with property chores and maintenance as I have experience with animals, plants, and a variety of trades.
I am also not opposed to living with people in a shared space either, my main goal for living alone is to be able to practice music freely on my own schedule, and this can work in shared house situations if we have different schedules. I have lots of experience living in community with others.
Lastly, I have always lived east of Ithaca and really love the areas east and south east of Ithaca because it is the most familiar. I have a deep appreciation for nature and really value being on a land with forest, and I am really looking forward to finding a spot to settle in for the growing season.
