Hi there! I am on a quest to find a reliable (preferably female) caregiver with the flexibility to work between 5-8 hours per day, 4-5 days per week. I'm functionally quadriplegic due to multiple sclerosis, and have quite an extensive list of morning duties. Applicants should be comfortable with dependent transfers, toileting, assisting with daily stretching/physical therapy, cooking breakfast, showering and driving a wheelchair accessible vehicle. I work part-time at Ithaca high school, so I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind working hard to get a functionally immobile human to work (almost) daily. I also have an adorable 6-year-old black lab, so applicants must be okay with (and hopefully enjoy helping me exercise) my dog!
