I've got a big cooker. It's kids friendly with air gap between fire box and sides. It's 20x55 cooking area. It's on wheels and can be towed with garden tractor or 4 wheelers. Set up so you can slid the cooking grate off to either side . Can use charcoal or wood brackets or wood.
