Friendly Backyard Laying Flock - 9 Hens & Gentle Rooster - $20

We have 9 laying hens and 1 extremely mild-tempered rooster. The hens are all 1.5-2 years old and are currently producing well, usually around 5-9 eggs per day. Some are sx-link hens and the others are Easter Eggers from Tractor Supply, so you’ll get a pretty mix of brown eggs and blue-green eggs. The brown egg layers also give us double-yolkers fairly often.
The rooster is a sweet mutt we raised from a local farm and comes free with the flock. He is very calm and easy to be around, and has always been safe for kids and our dogs.
They are used to backyard foraging, love table scraps, and would be a great fit for someone looking for an established, productive flock.
Asking $20 per hen, $180 total. We would strongly prefer that they all go together.
