Seat: maximum height, 34 inches; minimum height 24 1/2 inches.
Seat: slope forward, slope back
Seatback: in or out with adjustable slant.
Arm rests: highly adjustable: in/out from seat and all angles adjustable.
Footrest ring height: adjustable - minimum 5 inches from floor.
All adjustments are functional.
Upholstery: black - aged, but not torn.
