I have a late sixties, early seventies hutch that I no longer need. It is a Thomas P. Beal, who went out of business in seventies, piece out of Portland Maine. This is a VERY HEAVY, two piece, solid maple hutch in great shape with some very minor issues which at an estimate is about 400/500 pounds. This hutch could have easily fetched over $2,000, maybe more, when new so I am seeking a best offer on it. I think it is well worth an asking price of $700 but will let the market and potential buyers decide. It will require no less than three muscular men, maybe moving platforms or dollies and a flatbed truck or trailer. It is roughly 73" tall. The top is 38 1/2" T x 12 3/4" D x 60" L, has two center shelves with four small drawers under them and they are flanked on both sides by cupboard doors. The bottom is 34 3/4" T x 18 3/4" D x 64" L, has two centered drawers with one longer under those and two small cupboard doors and they are all flanked on either end by two doors. This is a beautiful piece of furniture I got from Florida from a friend's mom and would love to see it go to someone who'll use and appreciate it for the fine piece of furniture that it is. It is very much an heirloom piece and it's solid construction will assure that it will last for another fifty years or longer. Serious inquiries only please.
