We're selling our self-inflating (and self-inflation maintaining!) Insta-Bed, which is a queen size. This blow-up bed has its own air pump contained within the mattress, so once you plug it in and set the desired pressure, it inflates to that pressure, and maintains it (quietly). I used it when my work schedule was at odds with the rest of my family (living on "Mars Time") and it worked very well for that. It is in excellent condition, we just don't need it any more. It is fairly thick, so sitting on it feels like a normal bed. It also comes with a nice storage bag.
