Excellent usable condition; cane seat is great and can hold weight.
There are a couple of white paint spots on the rungs.

Seat 16" across the front, 16" deep; 14" from floor
34" high at top of back
Rungs: 27 " long
I've owned this for over 50 years and it was old when I got it.
