I am selling my 2003 Harley Davidson (100th Anniversary Edition) V-Rod Motorcycle with slightly more than 9,000 miles on the odometer. It is powered by a 1130 cc Revolution V-twin engine with a 9K RPM redline that was codeveloped by Porsche in conjunction with Harley Davidson. The engine runs very smoothly, similar to a BMW, and the power is transferred to the back wheel through a five-speed transmission. This motorcycle had numerous H-D options added to it including:
• A larger pillion (back seat for a passenger);
• Anniversary emblemed padded sissy bar with luggage rack;
• Anniversary emblemed heavy gauge sport windshield;
• Screaming Eagle exhaust pipes matching original design that give the engine a little throatier sound but not crazy (sounded like a BMW with original exhaust);
• Chrome cover for radiator hose on right side of engine;
• Two tone special edition anniversary silver and black anniversary paint (NOT anodized aluminum);
• Staggered foot control pegs which move foot pegs slightly closer to the driver; and
• Anti-theft alarm that produces a loud siren and flashing lights if the bike is bumped or moved.
I have owned this motorcycle for 22 years, since new, and have decided it is time to downsize. This bike is super clean with no issues and has always been kept in a climate-controlled garage (heat and AC). Should you have any questions, or would like to schedule an appointment to take a look, get in touch with me by responding to this ad. NOTE: Any original equipment replaced on the bike, i.e., small pillion, mufflers, etc., will convey to new owner.
