The nut stripped I had it welded on easy fix. But I just removed it to make replacing the blade easier for the next owner. But the tread will either have to be re threaded (which if I find the time I will do. Or it just needs to be welded back on by a competent person.
This is a great mower. It actually runs very well. I was going to keep it but I have too many already.
$1000 OBO but No I'm not taking half the price!
I got it in with a no steering issue. But I replaced the flange with a new one and it steers perfectly.
Make an offer or trade if you have something interesting. Ie.. equipment, chipper, something with motor even if it needs fixing. But it needs to be of value people.
