Got 2 10x20 storage units that I have been renting for over a year now and we have stuff in both of the that are filled with brand new items some items are used but it’s all in good shape no broken stuff no chipped stuff . There is well over 10-15k worth of stuff and items in there we are looking to get 3,000.00 for it all . There is stuff from boxes and totes of dvds . Holiday decorations. NASCAR stuff along with a wooden display filled with nascar cars and trucks in it . There is toys medical equipment . Household stuff end tables coffee table and so so so much much more I can’t remember everything that is in there . If ur interested in buying all the contents out of the unit please let me know and we can set up a time and day to meet . There is a few things that won’t be included in the units like my tables and my car ports . It’s cash only pickup is in Cortland no holding no trades and no partial cash its the whole asking price up front . Thanks
