Rules :
-12 event hours max
-events with sound hours music run 3pm-11pm
-after 11pm music levels must be limited. If noise complaints cause police to attend the event will have to end.
-guests can only gather in the outdoor pool area and beach
-guests are not allowed in the house except to use the bathroom
-bathroom must be regulated with a security guard to keep foot traffic limited to only those using the bathroom
-any events that are organized for ticketing, guests list, and overall public listings must be promoted as secret location. Only your ticket holders and invited guests should have the address.
-you must purchase event insurance
-if this is a ticketed event you must book a minimum of 4 guards security guards via our company.
Booking fee is : $8,500 + $1,500 cleaning fee which must be paid to confirm the date.
If ticketed please add an additional $1,000 for our 4 guards.
