Principal Accountabilities: 

• Provide operional support in and around shaft elevors, feeders, conveyors, shaft walkways, openings, and screens to ensure salt product buildup and overflow are continuously removed, and work areas remain clean and operional
• Service, inspect, and opere various mobile support equipment, including forklifts, trucks, tractors, and bobcs, as well as support production panels as needed
• Perform routine tasks to ensure the reliable and functional operion of assets and equipment
• Understand and comply with all safety policies, procedures, and regulions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualificions:

• Must be eligible to work in the United Stes without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand and communice in English (verbal/written)
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodion
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include he, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in eleved areas (4 feet and above)
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with advance notice
• High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years of equivalent work experience
• Ability to work underground in a mining environment
• Ability to get a routine background check and Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) "Explosives Possessor" background check: To ensure a safe working environment for all employees, we will conduct a criminal background check.
• Ability to complete annual physical and D/A test
• Ability to work under oxygen for up to 30 minutes and meet fit test requirements

Preferred Qualificions:

• Basic computer skills
• Prior experience in production-reled work
• Experience in heavy construction and/or commercial construction
• Previous mining experience
