A great pair of first-generation Pioneer HPM-40 speakers, a true classic from the golden era of hi-fi audio. These are clean, well-cared-for vintage speakers that deliver the warm, detailed, and punchy sound Pioneer’s HPM series is famous for. Whether you're a collector, a vintage audio enthusiast, or simply someone who appreciates classic, high-quality sound, this pair will not disappoint. These are getting harder to find in good condition.
Condition:
• Excellent vintage condition–wood veneer is clean with minimal wear. A few nibbles on the back from curious pets! See pics showing some minor imperfections.
• Original drivers in great shape–no cone damage or deterioration
• Grilles intact and clean (minor wear typical of age)
• Fully tested and sound phenomenal – crisp highs, rich mids, and tight bass
