Need Help With Airbnb Hosting Site Setup (NE Ithaca)

I need someone to instruct me about how to set up and manage the Airbnb site properly so that most processes and features are automatic and optimized.
For example:
Bookings accepted (only guests with high ratings)
Check-in and check-out instructions, arrival guide
Dynamic pricing to optimize high-demand periods and attract guests in off-season (I may need to purchase and install special software for this, need advice about that)
Integrating VRBO and other booking channels
House manual, guidebook
Prefer that you have experience as a host on Airbnb and really know the website's functionality from the hosting side. I am not new to this, but I'm running into difficulties navigating and setting up features I want on the site, and there's no CS to speak of. I don't want someone to manage my property, just someone who really knows the ins and outs of setting up and using the site and wouldn't mind sitting with me for a few hours to show me how to set things up the way I want them.
We could probably do this remotely if you have a zoom account where we can share screens.
