1. Sunstone polished point with raw base: 303g, $40
- This piece has a significant masculine energy, heightened by its pyramid point. As Judy Hall writes about Sunstone: “Use optimistic Sunstone if you suffer from lack of self-worth or have lost your enthusiasm for life. This crystal does not allow procrastination and gets you back on your path, instilling a deep awareness of your own value.”
- Somatic resonance: it strongly boosts energy in the sacral and solar plexus, flowing upward through heart and throat. It evokes confidence, determination, momentum, and a desire to turn ideas into action.
2. Morgan Hill Cinnabar in Jasper specimen: 370g, $20
- This piece was sold to me as a treasure found in Morgan Hill, 3/2014.
- Energetic healing properties on this stone is rarely documented, but it had a profound impact on my journey in releasing anger, especially buried, swallowed emotional wounds. This stone strongly activates my heart and throat and get those stuck energies moving.

3. Raw Epidote cluster, specimen chunk: 114g, $20
- This specimen has a rugged, dimensional structure with layered crystal development that gives it a lot of visual depth.
- Epidote is what I personally call a "trickster stone". It has a subdued humor energy that comes in disguise, but first you need to unravel the darker layers of personality to see its lightheartedness. I once gifted a friend an epidote to help her see her strengths and weakness more objectively, but she wasn't ready. The stone was too difficult for her to work with and she had to give it away. The lesson may be: only work with epidote when you are ready for change!
4. Nephrite Jade Palm Stone: 148g, $20
- This is just the "best friend stone" everyone should have. Jade has such a calming energy and if I recommend any stone to go to sleep with, this is the top choice. No wonder jade is esteemed in Chinese culture for thousands of years and has long been associated with qualities such as harmony, virtue, and refined character. Historically, jade was treasured also as a symbol of inner cultivation and good fortune.
- I find that jade is a very grounding stone and can help to quiet the mind and ease stress. Its energy is warm, "sticky" in the sense that it is honey-like, kind of like amber, and is reparative in that sense.
5. Thick Polished Red Agate Slice: 134g, $10
- Although not documented in literature, I personally feel that (this specific slice of) agate boosts heart energy and revitalizes blood circulation. In China, agate is believed to be the solidified blood of the ancestors. In general, agate is known for its connection with the sacral center and a sense of authority and ownership. Its energy is grounding and flows downward to connect with the root.

- Every time I hold a Sugilite I can't help but smiling - it is such a sweet stone! Very soft and joyful feminine energy, oh so sweet. It resonates deeply with the heart chakra.

- Clear quartz is known for its clarity and purifying power. Compared to other quartz which can be a bit dizzying in its high frequency, clear quartz is gentle and non-invasive. The double point formation of this cluster also gives it a stable and grounding energy, making it an ideal companion for basic energy work or meditation.
