The course is created by faculty of four Departments at Cornell, in collaboration with three leading Universities in China and India. Students from Cornell, China, and India will attend the same class to learn important issues related to the food, energy, and water nexus and its implications for nutrition security, one health, the environmental sustainability, and economic development in their three countries. Challenges and strategies to address those issues will be evaluated. Engagement of these countries with each other and the rest of the world will be explored. The course will serve as a platform for students of different regions and backgrounds to study together, interact with each other, and to share their thinking, creativity, and perspectives on these issues. The course was funded by a Cornell grant for Internationalizing the Cornell Curriculum (ICC).
