Folds down, more compact when not carrying bikes and folds away from vehicle for access without unloading bikes.

Actually improved, in my opinion, from the original by having an extra but of two inch stock welded to the shank to spread the load further into the hitch. Very heavy duty, easily handles four bikes.

Great hitch with all original parts.
