If you or someone lucky has been thinking about hitting the local trails or descending Greek Peak in 2026, I've got just the bike. Here's the TL;DR -
The highlights:
- Full-suspension enduro bike with 160 mm rear travel and 170 mm front travel—designed to take on everything, rolling flow trails, steep descents, and big terrain.
- 29" wheels, modern aggressive geometry for complete confidence on trails.
- Stocked with solid spec: alloy 6061-T6 frame, Manitou Mezzer Pro fork, Fox Float DPS shock, Maxxis Assegai tires*, SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, SRAM Guide RE brakes.
- *Pictured are some faster rolling tires installed with a tube. The Assegais will be sold with the bike. Throw them on when it gets muddy and wet. The rims and Assegai tires are tubeless-ready.
Why it's an excellent buy:
- It's built for trail and enduro riding, perfect for the Ithaca area— ride the casual trail or with some quick adjustments send it down the black diamonds at Greek Peak.
- Good components for the price, no need to make upgrades to this bike. I've already upgraded the pedals (Nukeproof), the seat (Diety), and the grips (Deity) from stock, which are always skimped on to reduce cost.
- I've got a little Dakine pouch under the seat, faux pas? Maybe, but I think this is the way to pull it off. It's small, doesn't jangle around, and is packed with tire levers and a multitool, just in case. I strap a tube and mini pump to the frame and carry an extra set of quick links. It makes me feel good that I can head out into the woods and have enough to get me back to the car.
It was just fully serviced at Cayuga Ski and Cyclery.
I'm 6'1" 240 LBS, and it was more than enough bike for me. It's been down every trail in the area, every trail on Greek Peak, and a few trails up in ADK.
