Lemond Chambery 62 cm (24.5"). Bike is measured from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. It has a carbon frame/fork. It's the same frame as early Trek OCLV frames (Lemond was a Trek supported brand). This bike retailed for around $2800 from my recollection. Newer carbon bikes are a bit lighter than this, but for the price, it's a great bike.
I bought this bike new around 1998. Still rides like new. It's been a great bike, but as you can see from the stem, it's a bit too small for my 6'4" frame. This bike would be great for anyone who is around 6'1" or 6'2".
I had bar end shifters installed, which I prefer. I also had a 10 speed rear end and a compact crank installed, which modernized the drive train and was a big improvement for climbing. I still have the original Shimano Ultegra crank and rear derailer in case you would want that. I had a stronger wheel built for the rear. The bike and components are in excellent shape.
