-Utilities vary, but typically it is about ~$60-100/month for splitting internet + NYSEG + household cleaning supplies. Then ~$75/every 3 months for the quarterly water bill
- There are 3 other roommates - all grad students and very friendly - Washer/dryer + dishwasher in the apartment - Our landlady is very responsive and super nice. She's a big part of why I've lived here for 5 years!
-It's a fun neighborhood to live in. We love being in the middle of Porchfest and being able to easily walk downtown
-The house is furnished. This bedroom has a desk/chair, bed, and shelf
-We have a little sideyard with garden space to grow veggies
