As far as you go... we are hoping that you'd be in it for the long haul or at least until june when the lease goes up. we are asking for a 250 dollar deposit and some interest maybe in taking care of chickens over winter(which really means feeding them). utilities are vast and various. we have a house phone with free long distance, we've got wireless internet, we do pay for the gas and electric as we use it- which means this will go up in the winter time. right now i think i probably pay about 40 dollars per month for utilities but this WILL GO UP. We would also like to have some one here who is interested in being apart of whats going on...which does include chores.

I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment with for the next year. (through next june approx.) I am 26, female, I work and going to school in the area.
